Our client base ranges from a series of smaller developers looking to place a couple of one off houses on a site, all the way through to large developments with some of the leading developers in the uk which can consist of a few hundred houses on a site. Our level of involvement ranges from project to project. Our larger clients prefer us to engage with a full detailed design pack and construction drawings. We are also appointed to perform feasibility sketch schemes to see if the site is viable for a proposed development.
