Overview
Situated in the heart of Emsworth, this house sought the task of expanding the existing footprint, making the spaces more usable, creating a better flow and capturing the views on offer.
The design comprises of a single storey rear extension, providing the opportunity for an expansive open plan kitchen/dining/living space, and also allowed for a central connection point from the front door to the rear garden.
A two storey extension was also constructed above the existing garage, housing a new master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
At the front of the property, a gable protrusion was added to give some articulation and curb appeal to the frontage of the property, and also allowed for a view out across Emsworth Harbour.
