Emsworth Sea House

Situated on Emsworth sea front, this contemporary house has been radically transformed through the use of crisp materials, modern glazing elements and specific splashes of colour and pebble stonework.

Glazed elements in key positions take full advantage of the spectacular views that the Solent has to offer. By providing articulation to the front elevation we have created peaked elements from the built form. We were able to drastically improve the internal space, creating a seamless flow between rooms which also allowed for large open-plan living spaces. A handcrafted section of pebble stonework is positioned on the side of the building, drawn up from the ground in which it sits, reinforces the design ethos of this sea side house.
